Annica Mynax aims at providing world class yoga-qigong and natural therapies services.
Yoga-qigong is here a gradual process of becoming stronger, develop flexibility, create increased body-breath-mind awareness. You can do this type of yoga even if you never have done any yoga, even if you don't feel very flexible.
The qigong component in the yoga is aimed at increasing sense of wellbeing and perception of internal energy levels.
If you already do yoga - the different, subtle approach of the way things are done here can add depth and commitment to your practice.
We work at your level -and we take care to not strain, but want to challenge you to grow at the same time. It is a non-competitive approach. Only small groups and individual sessions. Different sessions for different people, because people have varying wants and needs.
Modern fitness theory and injury prevention is a the core for how things are done here. It's not new age. Pretty straight forward with a middle way approach to cultivating awareness. Starting with being kind to oneself.
The advantage of the location means that we can take yoga-qigong to the outdoors as often as we can. And in stunning settings! Nature can help us in our practice!
NATURAL THERAPIES POLICY
The aim with pampering here is simply pampering. To indulge and relax - while the body is getting toned from the massage – which is a form of passive exercise! Tense muscles become looser, and muscle and other tissues become toned. Great for those days we feel a bit tired! Some people use massage as a meditation also. To tune in. This is the ideal place to cultivate meditation. Here you won't get the 'fix it' approach. Peace and quiet. Soft music if you like, or just the sound of birds in the forest.
PRICING
Classes and individual session prices are set at the national standard.
The model used for retreats is probably a bit different to what is usually seen around. This could make it possible for you to design a retreat to suit your needs - at an affordable price. But if you want luxury - it is here also!
Yoga Pass
You can get a yoga pass! It makes the classes cheaper!
